Ashleigh Benson - Owner/Partner
Ashleigh Benson is the owner and driving force behind Gem Property Services LLC. With 17 years experience in property management, she has built a reputation for dependable service, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
Throughout her career, Ashleigh has worked with HomePath, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Carrington Properties, specializing in foreclosed and distressed homes. She has also worked with more than 100 property owners, helping prepare homes for rentals through cleaning, repairs, painting, and small rehabs.
Her goal is simple: provide reliable, high-quality property services that help business owners, home owners, property managers, and realtors protect investments and get properties ready for success.
Amanda Roney - Owner/Partner
Amanda Roney brings over 17 years of hands-on experience in property preparation and minor repairs, working alongside Ashleigh to ensure homes are market-ready and well-maintained. Known for her attention to detail and reliability, Amanda plays a key roll in transforming properties into clean, functional, and appealing spaces.
Her expertise spans a wide range of prep work - from basic repairs and touch-ups to coordinating the finishing details that make a property stand out. Amanda takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results and supporting smooth, efficient project turnarounds.
